Passlogix CEO Marc Boroditsky Named Finalist for Ernst & Young Metro New York Entrepreneur of The Year 2009 Award

May 26, 2009 — New York, NY;

Passlogix Inc. announced today that company founder and CEO Marc Boroditsky is a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2009 Award in the Metro New York region. The awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Under Boroditsky’s leadership, Passlogix has become the #1 supplier of enterprise single sign-on (ESSO) technology for managing corporate passwords to improve business productivity, security and regulatory compliance readiness. Today the company’s v-GO™ Access Accelerator Suite provides an integrated set of related solutions for sign-on, authentication and provisioning processes.

Boroditsky was selected as a regional finalist for the awards program by a panel of independent judges. Winners will be announced at a special event on Thursday June 25 at the Marriott Marquis, Times Square, NY.

“Being recognized as a finalist for this award is a real honor, especially when you look at the list for this region. It is very impressive,” Boroditsky said. “Nevertheless, the real reward for me is seeing Passlogix grow, attracting some of the world’s best-known enterprises as our customers, and continuing to solve information access and related identity management problems that these organizations face every day. The credit for that, of course, goes to every employee in the company.”

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year awards program celebrates its 23rd anniversary this year. The program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 135 cities in 50 countries throughout the world.

Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of The Year national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 14, 2009. The awards are the culminating event of the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum, the nation’s most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.

Founded and produced by Ernst & Young LLP, the Entrepreneur of The Year awards are being sponsored nationally this year by Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and SAP America. In Metro New York, sponsors include Platinum sponsors HSBC, Scherzer International and Vintage Filings; Gold sponsor Curran & Connors; and Silver sponsors Solomon Edwards, WilmerHale and WithumSmith + Brown.
