Passlogix CEO Selected for Panel at America's Growth Capital InfoSec Conference

Feb 23, 2010 — New York, NY;

Passlogix®, Inc., today announced today that president and CEO Marc Boroditsky has been selected to participate in a panel discussion on the role of strategic business partnerships in facilitating exit strategies at the invitation-only America’s Growth Capital’s 6th Annual InfoSec and West Coast Emerging Growth Conference in San Francisco on March 1.

The panel, titled “Developing Alliances to Exit Strategies,” will also include George Kurtz, CTO of McAfee; Charles Sansbury, CFO of AttachMate; and Mark McClain, CEO of Sailpoint. It will be moderated by Michael D’Eath, a veteran business development executive and consultant to emerging growth companies. Boroditsky was selected because of Passlogix’s success in forging past and present OEM partnerships for use of its enterprise single sign-on (ESSO) technology with companies like IBM, RSA and Oracle, helping to fuel Passlogix’s growth.

It will be Boroditsky’s fifth consecutive appearance at the InfoSec event, which is attended by public and private equity investors as well as industry executives. InfoSec is a prelude to the 2010 RSA Conference on information security, which runs March 1-5.

More information on the conference can be found at www.americasgc.com.
