v-GO Provisioning Manager
v-GO PM delivers a secure and easy to use and administer provisioning solution. It enables administrators to distribute credentials directly to ESSO without end-user involvement. v-GO PM is an extension of v-GO SSO.
Administration
- Simple web-based server that accepts provisioning instructions from external sources and transmits them to v-GO SSO
- v-GO SSO processes these instructions to add, modify, or delete credentials from a user's credential store
- External sources include provisioning systems and custom programs
- Interactive interface for manual provisioning
- Reports generated for new account creation, password resets, and account access removal
Integration
- .NET and Java SDKs and CLIs are available to allow third parties to build interfaces to other provisioning systems
Provisioning System Support
v-GO PM includes connectors to integrate with the following provisioning solutions:
- IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
- Sun Identity Manager
- BMC Control-SA
- Oracle Identity Manager
Deployment
- Utilizes Windows Installer technology
- Deploys using most deployment tools, such as SMS, Tivoli, Zenworks and Novadigm
- Settings are centrally configurable and adjustable
Event Logging & Reporting
Administrator controlled logging of:
- All users that have a particular application configured in v-GO SSO
- All applications configured in v-GO SSO for a particular user
- All provisioning requests
Reporting capabilities:
- Event Log is exportable to a CSV file, which can be loaded into virtually any tool to analyze the log (e.g. Excel).
- Generates usage reports based on user object detail

- RAM and Processor: Minimum: 784 MB RAM and an Opteron or Keon class processor Recommended: 1 GB RAM and a dual-core Opteron or Keon class processor
- Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 3 recommended), Windows Server 2003 Family (recommended server)
