I am an RSA SOM customer. Do I have to migrate to v-GO right away?

Who do I contact if I want to discuss my current SOM support contract?
Q: I am an RSA SOM customer. Do I have to migrate to v-GO right away?
A: No. You have plenty of time before you should migrate to v-GO SSO. RSA SOM will be supported by Passlogix for a period of three years after which you will have the opportunity to migrate to v-GO by Passlogix. You may begin to migrate over to v-GO prior to that time if you wish.
Q: My company purchased RSA SOM but has not started deployment yet. Do we begin to deploy SOM or do we deploy v-GO instead?
A: If you are currently engaged with RSA Professional Services for deployment services you will continue to work with them for the length of the contracted engagement. If you do not currently have a services agreement with RSA and wish to engage in deployment or packaging services, Passlogix has a fully qualified Professional Services group who would be happy to assist in ensuring you are successful in your project. Please contact Passlogix Sales at sales@passlogix.com to arrange for deployment services and discuss your options.
Q: I am an RSA SOM customer. Who do I call for support?
A: You will continue to contact RSA Support at (800) 995 -5095. However on May 21st your level one support will automatically forward to Passlogix.

A: If you have engaged RSA for assistance with your current deployment you will continue to work with them.

A: Passlogix offers 24/7 support services.
Q: Who do I contact if I want to discuss my current SOM support contract?
